Xi'an Cummins Engine Co., Ltd. is a 50:50 joint venture between the world's leading power equipment manufacturer - American Cummins Corporation and China's large automobile manufacturer - Shaanxi Automobile Group Co., Ltd. in the ratio of 50:50. The company was established on December 16, 2005, and officially put into production on August 8, 2007. Xi'an Cummins is located in Jingwei Science and Technology Industrial Park, Economic and Technological Development Zone, Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province, covering an area of about 200 acres. Products are widely used in heavy trucks, dump trucks, medium and high-grade passenger cars, construction machinery, generator sets, ship power and other power equipment.
